يجب على ولي الأمر توقيع تعهد بأن المعلومات المقدمة صحيحة ولن يتم ادعاء تغييرات عليها مستقبلاً
The guardian must sign a declaration confirming that the provided information is accurate and will not claim changes in the future

التنويه بأن تقديم معلومات خاطئة قد يؤدي إلى إلغاء القبول
Providing false information may result in the cancellation of the child’s enrollment
المقابلة واختبار القبول | Interview and Admission Test:
يخضع الطالب لمقابلة أو اختبار قبول يحدد من قبل الإدارة
The student may be subject to an interview or admission test as determined by the administration
نتائج المقابلة وتقرير القبول يتم تسجيلها وتوقيعها من مسؤول القبول
The interview results and admission report are recorded and signed by the admission officer
الموافقة النهائية | Final Approval:
تتم الموافقة النهائية على القبول من قبل مدير المدرسة ويتم توثيقها بالتوقيع والتاريخ
The final admission approval is granted by the school’s principal and documented with signature and date
شروط التسجيل | Admission Requirements:
يجب الالتزام بتقديم معلومات دقيقة وصحيحة وأي مخالفة قد تؤدي إلى إلغاء القبول
Accurate and truthful information must be provided, as any violations may lead to cancellation of enrollment
اتباع قواعد وأنظمة المدرسة طوال فترة الدراسة
Adherence to the school’s rules and regulations throughout the study period
الامتثال لأي اختبارات قبول قد تفرضها المدرسة ضمن إجراءات التسجيل
Compliance with any admission tests required by the school as part of the registration process
إكمال عملية التسجيل | Completing Registration:
بعد ملء استمارة التسجيل، يجب على ولي الأمر الحضور مع الطالب إلى فرع المدرسة بعد تحديد موعد مسبق
After filling out the registration form, the guardian must visit the school branch with the student at a pre-scheduled appointment
يتعين دفع رسوم التسجيل والقسط الأول خلال الزيارة
Registration fees and the first installment must be paid during the visit
سيتم استلام اسم المستخدم وكلمة المرور لكل من حساب الطالب وولي الأمر للمنصة المدرسية
Usernames and passwords for both the student’s and guardian’s accounts for the school platform will be provided
توقيع المستندات اللازمة لإتمام التسجيل بشكل رسمي
Necessary documents must be signed to complete the official registration process
